part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever,

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first part by deed
dated February 11, 2013 which deed was recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on
March 2, 2013 in Liber 12722 at page 329.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said
premises.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND THE party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement, and
will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of
the same for any other purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the
sense of this indenture so requires.

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York; known and designated as Lot 14 on a certain map entitled "Map of Crown Land Lane" filed in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on 8/27/1975 as Map Number 6289, said lot being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly side of Crown Land Lane where same is intersected by the division line of
Lots 15 and 14 on the above mentioned map;
RUNNING THENCE along the northeasterly side of Crown Land Lane, North 47 degrees 26 minutes 10 seconds West,
200 feet to the division line of Lots 13 and 14 on the above mentioned map;
THENCE along said last mentioned division line, North 42 degrees 33 minutes 50 seconds East, 198.84 feet to Map of
Highland Estates Map 6537;
THENCE along said last mentioned land, South 48 degrees 12 minutes 20 seconds East, 200.02 feet;
THENCE South 42 degrees 33 minutes 50 seconds West, 201.53 feet to the northeasterly side of Crown Land Lane, the
point or place of BEGINNING.
THE POLICY TO BE ISSUED under this commitment will insure the title to such buildings and improvements on the premises which
by law constitute real property.
