THIS INDENTURE, made the 18' day of June in the year 2015

WAYNE LINDSAY AND AMANDA LINDSAY, his wife, residing at 1214 Main Road,

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of one dollar and other
valuable and sufficient consideration paid by the party of the second part, does
hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors
and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Peconic,
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated
as Lot No. 3 on a certain map entitled "Map of Peconic Homes, situate at'Peconic,
Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York" filed in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on October 14, 1964 as Map No. 4181, said premises being more
fully described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Henry's Lane distant 268.33 feet
northwesterly from the comer formed by the northerly side of Middle Road (CR 48)
with the westerly side of Henry's Lane;
RUNNING THENCE along lands now or formerly of H. Stepnoski, the following two
(2) courses and distances:
I. South 47 degrees 50 minutes 30 seconds West for a distance of 71.93 feet; and
2. South 60 degrees 09 minutes West for a distance of 100.30 feet;
THENCE along lands now or formerly of "Blue Horizons" subdivision map, North 44
degrees 26 minutes 50 seconds West for a distance of 112.34 feet;
THENCE along the division line of Lot 4 and Lot 3, North 47 degrees 50 minutes 30
seconds East, a distance of 174.40 feet to the westerly side of Henry's Lane;
THENCE along the westerly Side of Henry's Lane, South 42 degrees 09 minutes 30
seconds East, for a distance of 133.63 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.

Being and intending to be the same premises as in Deed dated 05/20/2009 and
recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on 06/0312009 under
Recording ID Liber 12590 page 100.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and
to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines
thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party
of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein
granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the
party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the -first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done
or suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way
whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,
covenants that the party of the first partwill receive the consideration for this
conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to
be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of
the total of the same for any other purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if
it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
