Testamentary were issued to Richard J. Sahm and Patricia A. Sahm. (Surrogate Ct. File No. 2014-207)
WITNESSETH, Richard J. Sahm and Patricia A. Sahm, as Executors by virtue of the power and authority given, in
said Last Will and Testament and in consideration of -0- dollars do herby grant and release unto the party of the second
part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying

BEGINNING at a monument on the southwesterly line of a proposed highway to be known as "Hill Road" at the
northerly corner of land of Fraas; from said point of beginning running along said land of Fraas and passing thru a
monument South 21 degrees 54 minutes 30 seconds West, a distance of 257.96 feet to the northeasterly edge of ordinary
high water line of Jockey Creek, as recently dredged;
THENCE along said edge of said high water line, North 55 degrees 12 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 110.0
feet;
THENCE along land of the party of the first part, North 21 degrees 52 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 257.06
feet to an iron pipe on said southwesterly line of "Hill Road",-

beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of way over "Hill Road" to the nearest public highway for the purposes of ingress and egress
to and from said property to the nearest highway until such time as "Hill Road" shall become a public highway.
Subject to the covenants and restrictions described in deed conveyed to Rose Sahm dated December 22, 1966 and
recorded with the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on January 10, 1967, in Liber 6098, Page 200 C 1 c-'vb\
Said premises being and intended to be the same premises as conveyed to Rose Sahm, by deed dated December
22, 1966 and recorded with the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on January 10, 1967, in Liber 6098, Page 200.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances, and also all the estate which the said decedent had at the time of decedent's death
in said premises, and also the estate therein, which the parry of the first part has or has power to convey or dispose of,
whether individually, or by virtue of said Will or otherwise;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the parties of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the parties of the second part forever.

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first
to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
