BEING AND INTENDED TO BE a portion of the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated June 28, 1969, recorded July 2, 1969 in Liber 6578 of Deeds page 147, it being the intention_; of this instrument to convey to the party of the second part the triangular strip of land herein described lying directly northeast of and adjacent to the northeasterly line of lands of the party of ' the second part.
