WITNESSETH, that whereas letters testamentary were issued to the party of the first part by the Surrogate's
Court, Nassau County, New York, on October 25, 1957 and by virtue
of the power and authority given in and by said last will and testament, and/or by Article 1.1 of the Estates,
Powers and Trusts Law, and in consideration of a partial final distribution of
the assets of the Estate of Frances Uhl , t>�idlml
iipaid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and
release unto the party of the second part, the distributees or successors and -as7sig of the party off the second

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the 'wildings and impro eats thereon erected, situate,
lying and being inI at Nassau Point or Little Hog Neck, Suffolk County,
New York, known and designated as Lot No . 87 on a certain map en-
titled "Map of Proposed Subdivision Section B, Nassau Point Club
Properties, Inc. , situate on Nassau Point, Suffolk County, New York,
surveyed by Wallace H. Halsey, C.E. , Southampton, New York, June

1919" and filed August 16 , 1922 as Map File No. 156.
The premises are known as no number Nassau Point Road, Nassau Point,
New York.
The premises are the same as were conveyed to Frances T. Uhl by
j Dorothy 0. Baylis by a deed dated November 3 , 1954, recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk' s Office at Liber 2402 cp 411 .
jj This conveyance is made in furtherance of Paragraph "FIFTH" of the
will of Frances Uhl, also known as Frances T. Uhl, by the terms of
1� which Fifty (508) per cent of the estate is bequeathed to Walter Uhl.

The party of the first part, with Harold Uhl, was appointed trustee
I under a testamentary trust created by the will of Frances Uhl on
March 24 ,1958. Harold Uhl died a resident of Suffolk County on

February 17, 1961.

It TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances,
and also all the estate which the said decedent had at the time of decedent's death in said premises, and also
the estate therein, which the party of the first part has or has power to convey or dispose of, whether individ-
;; ually, or by virtue of said will or otherwise; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto
itthe party of the second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
II AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
h whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
Subject to the trust fund previsions of section thirteen of the Lien Law.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
