Suffolk and State of New York, and known and designated as Part of
Lot No. 129, as shown on a map entitled, "amended Map A of Nassau
Point, owned by Nassau Point Club Properties, Inc. , situated in the
Town of Southold, Long island, New York", surveyed June 28, 1922, by
Otto Van Tuyl, C.E. & Surveyor, Greenport, New York, and filed in the
Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County, August 16, 1922, File
No. 156, together with a described parcel which said lot No. 129, and
described parcel when taken together are more particularly bounded and
described as follows :
BEGINNING at the monument in the arc forming the intersection of the
Northwesterly side of Bridge Lane with the Easterly side of Bayberry
