party of the first part, and NICK CYPRUS, residing at 44 Marconi Street,
in the Borough of Tenafly, County of Bergen, State of New Jersey,

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable con-
sideration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second
part,-the heirs or successors and assigns-of-the party of the-second-part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situ-
ate, lying and being; at Matt ituck, in the Town. of Southold, County
of Suffolk, and ;State of New York, _known and designated as part
of Lot 13, in Block 1, on a certain map entitled, "Map of Captain
Kidd Estates", and filed in the�_Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
o January 18, 1949 as Map No. 1672, bounded and described as

BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Sound Beach
Drive, which point ofbeginning is the division line between
Lots 12 and 13 on. the.aforesaid map; running thence North 36
degrees 00 minutes east 104.03 feet along the southerly sideaof
Sound Beach .Drive to a point on the southerly side of Sound Beach

270.42 feet; running thence south 52 degrees 00 minutes west

point and, place of BEGINNING.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions of record and
zoning ordinances.
SUBJECT to road easements,
This is a correction deed intended to 34rect dated dated
March 6th, 1978 and recorded in Liber 8402, page 594, which
contained incorrect description,

TOGETHER with all right, title-and interest, if any, of the parry of the first part of, in and to any streets l
and roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER'with the appur-
tenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND
.O TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns
of the party of the second part forever.
• AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such con-
sideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will
apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the. ,
same for any other purpose.
