Call to Order: 3:00 PM II. Chairman’s Remarks: Chairman Grathwohl congratulated and thanked the Commissioners for their successful efforts regarding the proposed amendment to the Town Telecommunications Code. A discussion on the future of cell towers followed. III. Pre-submission Conference: Nancy Samuels of Samuels and Steelman on behalf of Ural Talgat on proposed additions and alterations to an existing single family dwelling at 290 Skippers Lane, Orient. Suffolk County Tax Map #1000-25-01-1 Applicant will submit plans to the Building Department IV. Old Business: Discussion of the Benjamin Franklin Mile Markers project. V. New Business: Discussion of zoning in Historic Districts as it pertains to vacant lots. Funding sources for façade repair of historic buildings.
