SPLIA Update (Damon Rallis, Administrative Assistant): Damon advised the commission that the SPLIA update project was complete and outlined the next steps for the town in making the updated SPLIA information available to the public.  Following great interest from the East Marion Civic Association and their desire to create a historic district utilizing the updated SPLIA information, it was decided by the commission that once the town board was made aware of the completion of the project, the information would be shared with the association to begin the process, with the support of the LPC.  Rather than give a “presentation” to the town board regarding the SPLIA update, commissioners decided instead to draft a memo to the town board regarding the issue and thank them for their support. Damon said he would pass the information along to Chairman Grathwohl so that he could write a letter on behalf of the LPC. IV.
