Call to Order & Approval of Minutes:  Meting was called to order and minutes from the February 21, 2012 meeting passed unanimously. Old Business:  Commissioners were introduced to the LPC’s new intern, Mark Tweedie, and spoke briefly about his role in updating the town’s SPLIA list.  Jim Grathwohl announced that he would continue as chair of the commission and that Jim Garretson has agreed to take on the role of vice chair.  The commissioners reviewed the newest set of drawings submitted by architect Blake Goble in ( relation to the open public hearing and application on the Fowler project 195 Village Lane, in Orient). The open hearing was closed and Gary Parker made a motion to approve the latest set of drawings. It was seconded by Jim Garretson and the motion passed unanimously.  Commissioners discussed the Ben Franklin mile marker project. Jim Grathwohl said that he was Studenroth with the hope that Ron Rossi could attend. interested in setting up another with Zach New Business:  Doug Constant discussed a possible upcoming project in Orient and noted that he told the contractor, Dave Murray to contact Damon Rallis at the building department.  Commissioners briefly discussed two possible upcoming projects. A handicap ramp at 1240 Village Lane, Orient, and the installation of solar panels at 5170 Wickham Avenue, in Mattituck. No application had been submitted at the time of the meeting.
