WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable con-
sideration paid by the parry of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second
part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
CZ ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and 'improvements thereon elected, situ-

in Block 1, on a certain map entitled, "Map of Captain Kidd
Estates", and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County
of Suffolk on-January 19, 1949, as Map Number 1672, being
bounded and described as follows: -
BEGINNING at a monument . set in the northerly side of
Sumulit Drive at the division line between LOTS 11 and 12
Captain Kidd Estates;- , running thence along said northerly side
of Summit Drive south 670 46' 50" West 30 feet to a point, and
continuing along Summit Drive south 800 00'00" West 8.0.56 feet
5 to a monument set in center of 15 feet right of way which point
is the division line of Lots 10 and 11 on aforementioned map ;
running thence alon said division line through said right of
way north 380 00`0.0 West 190. 74 feet to a monument; running
thence north 520 00'00" East 100 feet to a pipe; running thence
o' south 380 00'00't East 236.71 feet to a monument set in the
' t northerly side of Summit Drive, at the point or place of
BEGINNING.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets
r* and roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER-with the appur-
tenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND

sideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will
