17, 1990 recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on December 26 , 1990 in Liber 11195 page 229 and to
the party of the first part, William H. Price, Jr. , by deed
dated May 24 , 1994 recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the.
County of Suffolk on June 22 , 1994 in Liber 11682 page 280 .
REGULATED TIDAL WETLANDS associated with Map of Cedar Beach
Park at Bayview are located at Suffolk County Tax Map Number:
District 1000, Section 090 , Block 1, Lot 8, otherwise known
as the properties of Virginia Harms and her heirs, assigns or
successors. This property is subject to the provisions of New
York State Environmental Conservation Law (ECL) Article 25 or
its successors, and the conduct of regulated activities may
occur only pursuant to ECL Article 25 if prior approval is given
by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation
(NYSDEC) or its successor. Regulated activities include, but
are not limited to, the erection of any structure (s) ; excavation;
dredging; grading and filling; clearing or vegetation; and
application of chemicals.
