Cooper and Ann Cooper, his wife, by deed from Agnes Lawrence dated July 307 1971 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s office in Liber 6979 of deeds at page 134 on August 4, 1971 and Cornelius H. Cooper and Ann Cooper, the grantors herein, are the same persons as the grantees referred to in the Deed mentioned in this paragraph.
