11. Board and Office Policies, Practices, and Activities:
ZBA Annual Training
At the July 2, 2015 Regular Meeting, Trustee John Bredemeyer presented a
comprehensive overview of the responsibilities and jurisdiction of the Board of Town
Trustees. Also discussed were procedures followed by the Trustees on their
applications and issues related to applications that require both Trustee and the ZBA
approvals.
Leadership Academy
T Chaired the July 2, 2015 meeting of the Town's Leadership Academy and gave a
presentation on the scope of jurisdiction of the Zoning Board of Appeals, and how
that work relates to various other departments in local government.
ZBA 2016 Budge
I submitted the required. worksheets for the ZBA's 2016 budget, which will be
discussed with the Supervisor and Comptroller in August. No increases over the
2015 budget were proposed.
