WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable considerat30i'1
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

premises herein to be described and land now or formerly of

West along said division line, a distance of 249.51 feet to land
now or formerly of J. J. Mantione; thence North 61' 42 ' East along
the southerly line of said land a distance of 55.77 feet to. land
now or formerly of John Quilty; thence North 770 42 ' 00" East .
along the Southerly line of said land and along the southerly
line of land now or formerly of Lillian Freeman, a distance of -
194.23 feet to land now or formerly of A. Petrucci; thence =South
170 25 ' 50" East along the westerly line of said land a distance
of 256.95 feet to the northerly side of Bay Avenue; thence South
0 750 46' 30" West along the northerly side of Bay Avenue a distance
u . of 253 .0` feet to land now or formerly of W. B. Kelly, aforementioned;
at the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of
the first part in and to that portion of the premises lying under
water or in the bed of the Pond to the easterly line of the pre-
mises above described, as shown on the Certified Survey of Otto
` W. Van Tuyl, dated August 20, 1971.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and,
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with,the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND T4,
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything .;
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
