line of said right of way first mentioned beginning at a concrete moms`
ment set at the northwesterly corner of lot 226 as shown on said map)., -
SUBJECT to a right of way 16 feet in width exfim ding across the
norther1 part of the premises above conveyed connecting the right
of way above described with that part of lot 245 which lies westerly
