Brickley; RUNNING THENCE the following two courses and distances along the south side of Bay Avenue: I (1) North 750 46' 30" East 225.40 feet; -(2) North 850 46' 00" East 144.63 feet to a point and lands now or formerly of- Craig Lehmann and Susan Lehmann, his wife; RUNNING THENCE South 60 41' 40" East 312.08 feet along last mentioned lands and through a dug channel to a point and lands of Nancy Graham; RUNNING THENCE the following two courses and distances along last mentioned lands: (1) North 760 00' 00" West 70.85 feet; (2) North 870 26' 50" U]est 284.57 feet to a point and lands now or formerly of Brickley; RUNNING THENCE North 120 8' 10" West 219.00 feet along last mentioned lands to the point or place of BEGINNING.
