point of intersection of the center line of said highway at its west-
erly 'end with the easterly line of or side of the town highway.known
as Harbor Lane;
RUNNING THENCE southerly and at right angles to the center of said
right of way a distance of 69.96 feet to land of Jacob F. Bowers ;
RUNNING THENCE easterly along land now or formerly of Jacob F.
Bowers" a distance of 90 feet to a point and other land now or formerly
of Ralph W. Sterling and wife;
