testamentary were issued by the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, New York
on -June 43, 1977 and-by-virtue of-the-power and authority-given-in-and-by, said-last will " —and testament, and/or by Article 11 of the Estates, Powers and Trusts Law, and in consideration of

paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and
release unto the party of the second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second
part forever,
that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
`lying and being in the Hamlet of Peconic (East Cutchogue School Dist. ) Town of Southold,
ounty of Suffolk and State of New York, more particularly bounded and described as
follows
BEGINNING at a point on'the northerly side of Pine Tree Road distant 552. 16
feet easterly from the easterly side of Bay Avenue and which point of beginning is
where the easterly line of land of Bourguignon intersects the said northerly side of
Pine Tree Road;
Running thence along the easterly line of said land of Bourguignon North 26o
e- 46110" West 225 feet to the southerly line of Map of Hickory Acres, fled in the
Office .of the Clerk of S=uffolk County as Map No. 3325.;
Thence along the southerly line of said Map, North 77016110" East 103.08 feet;
Thence South 26046110" East 200 feet to the northerly side of Pine Tree Road;

100 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of.the party of the first part in and to any streets and
