WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being Tail= at Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York and '
being more particularly bounded and--described as follows: - 1

1000 east corner of the premises herein described,', said -monument being 135.54 feet northerly
from the corner formed by the intersection bf' the westerly side of Wickham Avenue with
the northerly side of Pike Street; running thence westerly and along lands of Tuthill
SECTION and Kelleher, South 84° 24' 30" West, 175.95 feet to a monument and land now of Keogh;
140 thence northerly and along said. lands of Keogh, North 40 32' 30 West, 62.15 feet to a
monument and land of Woodward; thence easterly and along said land of Woodward, North
BLOCK 83° 35' 10" East, 181.18 feet to a monument set in the westerly side of Wickham Avenue;
2 thence southerly and along the westerly side of Wickham Avenue due South, 65.05 feet r
to the point or place of BEGINNING. ('

by deed dated February 3, 1973 from Donald R. Gildersleeve and recorded on the 19th
day of July, 1973 in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 7445

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and 1
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of

whereby the said Premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
