feet as measured on a tie line course and distance from a monument in

degrees 59 minutes 00 seconds East and distant 101.65 feet from the
end of the seventh course; which point is the southeasterly corner
of Lot No,. 129 and the point of intersection of the Nesterly ,line of
Nassau Point Road, with the northerly line of Bridge Lane;
THENCE (9) South 82 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance`
of 162.65 feet along the said point or place ,of BEGINNING.
BEING a portion of the premises conveyed to Arthur A. Klaffky and
Ruth A. Klaffky, his wife, by deed from Millicent Ethel Schieferdecker
dated June 25, 1968, and recorded on June 28, 1968 in Liber 6372 of
Deeds, page 440 , in the Suffolk County Clerk's office.
SUBJECT to a purchase money first mortgage on said premises from the
party of the second part to the party of the first part, in the sum
of $20,000, which mortgage is intended to be recorded simultaneously
with this Deed.
