RUNNING THENCE South 83 degrees 05 minutes 30 seconds West along
land now or formerly of Quarty, 150 feet to a monument and land now
or formerly of Knoll;
THENCE North 06 degrees 54 minutes 30 seconds West partly along said
land and partly along land of Coyne, 95. 50 feet to a monument and
land now or formerly of Marston;
THENCE North 83 degrees 05 minutes 30 seconds East along said land,
150 feet to a monument and the westerly side of North Bayview Road;
THENCE South 06 degrees 54 minutes 30 seconds East along the wester-
ly side of North Bayview Road, 95. 50 feet to the monument at the
point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by Deed dated March 28, 1991 and recorded in the
Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on May 7, 1991 in Liber
11258 page 469 .

eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for

The word;"party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
