THIS INDENTURE, made the v day of June, 2015
BETWEEN
WILLIAM HARLEY CORWIN, Survivor of Joan H. Corwin and William H. Corwin, residing at 388
Stoner Creek Rd., Lakeside, Montana, 59922, party of the first part,
and
WILLIAM H. CORWIN REVOCABLE INTER-VIVOS TRUST, residing 388 Stoner Creek Rd., Lakeside,
Montana, 59922, party(s) of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the
party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being in New Suffolk, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stone monument located at the intersection of New Suffolk Avenue and the east
boundary line separating the property now or formerly of Elizabeth Faucon and Olympia Kouros;
THENCE RUNNING in a northerly direction along said boundary line to a stone monument, which is
near the mulberry tree;
THENCE RUNNING west and bounded north by other lands of said Olympia Kouros, to an iron stake in
the meadow near the water hole, which water hole is the boundary between the meadowland now or
formerly of Elizabeth Faucon and the heirs of J.G Tuthill;
THENCE continuing along said water hole to an iron stake which separates the meadowland now or
formerly of Elizabeth Faucon and the heirs of J.G. Tuthill;
THENCE RUNNING in a southeast direction along the meadowland of the heirs of J.G Tuthill to the
center of the ditch separating the land now or formerly of Elizabeth Faucon and the heirs of J.G Tuthill.;
THENCE RUNNING southwesterly along the center of the ditch to a point 200 feet north of New Suffolk
Avenue;
THENCE RUNNING in an easterly direction to a point 14 feet from the east boundary line separating
the property now or formerly of Elizabeth Foucon and Olympia Kouros;
THENCE RUNNING in a southerly direction 200 feet to a point on New Suffolk Avenue 14 feet west of
the stone monument at the place of the beginning.
THENCE in an easterly direction to the stone monument at the place of the BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed
dated January 9, 1989 recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on January 23, 1989 in Liber
10783 page 385.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part, in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above -.described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the
appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE
AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors
and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement
and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the
total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requides.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year first
above written.
