Tuthill; THENCE RUNNING in a southeast direction along the meadowland of the heirs of J.G Tuthill to the center of the ditch separating the land now or formerly of Elizabeth Faucon and the heirs of J.G Tuthill.; THENCE RUNNING southwesterly along the center of the ditch to a point 200 feet north of New Suffolk Avenue; THENCE RUNNING in an easterly direction to a point 14 feet from the east boundary line separating the property now or formerly of Elizabeth Foucon and Olympia Kouros; THENCE RUNNING in a southerly direction 200 feet to a point on New Suffolk Avenue 14 feet west of the stone monument at the place of the beginning. THENCE in an easterly direction to the stone monument at the place of the BEGINNING.
