Occupancy: Seasonal Upon receipt of an application for a Pre-Existing Certifi- cate of Occupancy, I made an inspection of the dwelling ~n the above captioned premises. I was admitted to the building by Mr. Birge and began this inspection at approximately 10:35 a.m. The building is a one story, wood frame structure constructed on locust posts. The building contains two bedrooms, a living room with fireplace, full bathroom and a kitchen. An enclosed porch is located on the northwest corner of the building. This opens to an open deck on the northerly side of the structure and provides an entry from the ground level to the kitchen. An electric water pump is lo- cated in a lean-to section on the south part of the building. The pump furnishes domestic water to all the plumbing fixtures within the dwelling. The following violations of the Housing Code, Chapter 52 Code of the Town of Southold were found: Gas cooking range - no shut off valve at unit. Article V, Section 52-52 B. 2. Entry to living room from deck - no means of controlling light in room at point of entry. Article V, Section 52-56 A. 1. ~ - no central heating system, occupancy between the 15th day of September and the 31st. day of May, the following year is not permitted. Article V, Section 52-53 A. 1. There are no accessory structures on premises. A split rail fence runs along the front of the property and returns on the easterly line for a short distance. Submit Planning Board approval of completed site plan requirements where applicable. B. For existing buildings (prior to April 1957), Non-conforming uses, or buildings and "pre-existing" land uses: 1. Accurate survey of property showing all property lines, streets, buildings and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Sworn statement of owner or previous owner as to use, occupancy and condition of buildings. 3. Date of any housing code or safety inspection of buildings or premises, or other pertinent in- formation required to prepare a certificate. C. Fees: 1. Certificate of occupancy $5.00 2.
