Aniello D. Catapano, residing at 47420 Main Road, Southold, NY 11971
Michael S. Catapano, residing at 325 Nassau Point Road, Cutchogue, NY 11935
Michele I. Arauz-Castillo, residing at 22155 Wildwood Park Road, Apt. 913, Richmond, TX 77469,
being the sole heirs at law and next of kin of Jeanne Catapano,
party of the first part, and
Salvatore M. Catapano, Jr., residing at 425 South Harbor Road, Southold, NY 11971,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars paid by the party of the
second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York; see Schedule
A-1 (Description) Amended April 28, 2015, attached hcrcto and made a part hereof.
Recital: The four individuals named as party of the first part are the children, sole heirs and next of kin
of Jeanne Catapano, a resident of Suffolk County. and the surviving spouse who was legally married to
Salvatore M. Catapano, Sr., also a resident of Suffolk County, when he died on January 1, 2012. The
real property described above passed to Jeanne Catapano, by operation of law and upon her death to her
four children and next of kin. This Correction Deed corrects a scrivener's error in a previous deed of the
described parcel made by Salvatore M. Catapano, Sr., and his wife Jcanne Catapano, to Salvatore M.
Catapano, Jr., and his wife Geraldine Catapano, on August 8, 2002 which was recorded in the Office of
the Clerk of Suffolk County on December 4, 2002. Geraldine Catapano died a resident of Suffolk
County on November 19, 2011, and was survived by her husband Savatore M. Catapano, Jr.
Whereas this Correction Deed is being recorded to correct the scrivener's error in the description as
shown in a Deed made by Salvatore M. Catapano, Sr., and his wife, Jeanne Catapano, to Salvatore M.
Catapano, Jr. and his wife Geraldine Catapano, dated August 8, 2002 and recorded on December 4, /
2002 in the Officc of the Clerk, Suffolk County, State of New York in Liber 12223 Page 621, which V
said deed included erroneous courses .
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets
and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the
appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold; County of Suffolk and
State of New York, known and designated as Lot I as shown on a certain map entitled, "Minor Subdivision of Property
surveyed for Salvatore Catapano" and filed in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on 06/25/92 as Map No.
9238, which said lot is more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of South Harbor Road, where the same is intersected by the southerly side of
land now or formerly of Catapano, said point or place of beginning being distant 339.73 feet southerly from the corner
formed by the intersection of the easterly side of South Harbor Road and the southerly side of Main Road;
RUNNING THENCE from said point or place of beginning along said last mentioned land, North 75 degrees 16 minutes
40 seconds East, 236.95 feet;
RUNNING THENCE North 8 degrees 19 minutes 40 seconds West, 11.42 feet;
RUNNING THENCE North 81 degrees 40 minutes 20 seconds East, 196,01 feet to land now or formerly of Gangitano
and Volosik;
RUNNING THENCE along said land South 8 degrees 19 minutes 40 seconds East, 194.69 feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 81 degrees 40 minutes 20 seconds West, 231.56 feet;
RUNNIGN THENCE South 76 degrees 27 minutes 50 seconds West, 200,75 feet to the easterly side of South Harbor
Road; and
THENCE North 8 degrees 19 minutes 40 seconds West along the easterly side of South Harbor Road, 175,00 feet to the
point or place of BEGINNING,
TOGETHER with and subject to the easement for ingress and egress as set forth in Liber 11186 ep 374.

of the first part will receive consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of improvement and
will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of improvement before using any part of the total of
the same for any other purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the
sense of this indenture so requires.
