IT IS FURTHER CERTIFIED that, based upon information presented to the Building Inspector's Office, the oacupancy -and use for which this Certifi- cate is issued is as follows: a private one-family dwellin~ with two attached decks; an accessory ~reenhouse/studio; a non-conforming cottage; two (2) sets of steps to the beach. This application must be filled in typewriter OR ink, and submitted in DUPLICATE to the Building Inspector with the following; for new buildings or new use: 1. Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Final approval of Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage disposal--(S-9 form or equal). 3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters. 4. Commercial buildings, Industrial buildings, Multiple Residences and similar buildings and installations, a certificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building. 5. Submit Planning Board approval of completed site plan requirements where applicable. B. For existing buildings (prior to April 19,57), Non-conforming uses, or buildings and "pre-existing" land uses: , 1. Accurate survey of property showing all property lines, streets, buildings and unusual natural or ~0pographic features. 2. Sworn statement of owner or previous owner as to use, occupancy and condition of buildings. 3. That she and Edna R. Bennett are the fee owners of a cottage located on Lot 2, Map of Marion G. Richardson" located on the north side of Rocky Point Road, East Marion, New York. That said premises have been owned by your deponent and Edna R., Bennett as joint tenants since October 24, 1978. That the said cottage was built in 1940's~d that ther~ have been no structural alternations to the dwelling since that time. That no changes to the premises or their use have been made since the date of the adoption of the Southold Town Zoning Ordinance, to wit: April 1957. That said premises have been as shown on the annexed survey without change since 1957. That your deponent requests that a Certificate of Pre-Existing Use for the subject cottage be issued.
