Upon request of R. Bruer, Attorney, Southold, for a Pre-Existing
Certificate of Occupancy, I made an inspection of this one story
framed dwelling. I picked up key from Pete Lindsay at Mattituck
Auto Parts, Mattituck, and began inspection at approximately
10:00 A.M.
This dwelling has two bedrooms, full bathroom, living room
and kitchen. An enclosed porch is located on the east side of
building. Heat is furnished from an oil fired warm air furnace
located in living room. Foundation is cement block with crawl
space. Access to crawl space area is through door in floor of
hall closet.
The following violations of The Housing Code, Chapter 52,
Town of Southold, were found:
Kitchen :
cooking gas range and gas fired hot water
heater no shut-off valves at units.
Article V, Sec. 52-52 B.2.
Foundation:two openings, not properly screened.
Article III, Sec. 52-31 B.
Accessory structure two car garage, framed con-
struction, unable to inspect interior.
Key to garage door not available.
Buildings and grounds in good order.
Inspection completed at approximately 10:50 A.M. Key
was returned to Pete Lindsay.
