The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit. d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issue a Building Permit to the applicant. Such a permit shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the work. e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in part for any purpose what so ever until the Building Inspector issues a Certificate of Occupancy, f. Every building permit shall expire if the work authorized has not commenced within 12 months after the date of issuance or has not been completed within 18 months from such date. Built Well Solar Corp. ("BWS") agrees to install a Photovoltaic system on the Buyer/Customer's residence. BWS shall supervise and direct the Work and shall be solely responsible for all construction means, methods, techniques, sequences, and procedures and for coordinating all portions of the Work and Services under this Agreement. BWS shall be responsible to pay for all labor, materials, equipment, tools, construction equipment and machinery, transportation, and other facilities and. services necessary for the proper execution and completion of the Work, whether temporary or permanent and whether or not incorporated or to be incorporated in the Work. The Buyer/Customer's payments to BWS and its interest in the Equipment will be based of upon the terms of Schedule 2. 2. TERM. The Term of this Agreement shall begin on the Commencement Date, which shall be the date of this Agreement. If the Work is divided into phases or individual projects for which individual prices have been negotiated, then separate Commencement Dates shall apply to each phase or individual project. The Work shall be completed by the commissioning of the Photovoltaic system. 3. BWS shall pay sales, consumer,_ use, and other similar taxes and shall secure and pay for the building permit and other permits and governmental fees, licenses, and inspections necessary for proper execution. The Buyer/Customer shall be responsible for real estate and personal property taxes where applicable.
