(631) 765-1809 • Fax (631) 765-9064 MINUTES SPECIAL MEETING THURSDAY JUNE 18, 2015 A Special Meeting of the SOUTHOLD TOWN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS was held at the Southold Town Hall Annex, Capitol One Bank Building, First Floor Conference Room, 54375 Main Road at Youngs Avenue, Southold on Thursday June 18, 2015 commencing at 5:00 P.M. Present were: Leslie Kanes Weisman, Chairperson/Member Gerard P. Goehringer, Member George Horning, Member (on line 5:06 p.m.) Ken Schneider, Member Eric Dantes, Member Stephen Kiely, Assistant Town Attorney (left 5:29 p.m.) Vicki Toth, Zoning Board Assistant Call to Order at 4:55 P.M. by Member Schneider STATE ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY REVIEWS: A. New Applications: reviews (pending) 5:07 P.M. Motion was offered by Chairperson Weisman, seconded by Member Dantes to enter into Executive Session for Attorney/client privilege. Vote of the Board: Ayes: All. This Resolution was duly adopted (5-0). 'EXECUTIVE SESSION: A. Attorney/Client advice: James Knobloch #6809 5:27 P.M. Motion was offered by Chairperson Weisman seconded by Member Goehringer, to exit Executive Session. Vote of the Board: Ayes: All. This Resolution was duly adopted (5-0). Page 2 — Minutes Special Meeting held June 18, 2015 Southold Town Zoning Board of Appeals RESOLUTION ADOPTED: Motion was offered by Chairperson Weisman, seconded by Member Goehringer to reopen Public Hearing on James Knobloch #6809 and place on August 6th 2015 agenda. Vote of the Board: Ayes: All. This Resolution was duly adopted (5-0). WORK SESSION: A. Requests from Board Members for future Agenda items. B. Reminder ZBA training with Trustee Bredemeyer at Regular Meeting on July 2, 2015 at 8:30 AM. C. Request from the Planning Board for Review and Comments by the ZBA on amended site plan for Lucas Ford pursuant to Code Section 280-131B(4) b. D. Southold Farm and Cellar amended Notice of Disapproval — being issued. DELIBERATIONS/POSSIBLE DECISIONS/RESOLUTIONS: The Board continued with agenda items, and commenced deliberations on the following applications. The original determinations of each of the following applications as decided are filed with the Southold Town Clerk: APPROVED AS APPLIED: BREEZY SHORES COMMUNITY, INC (MARTHA BROOKS) - #6862 APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS: KEVIN and PAULA FLAHERTY #6863 GRANT IN PART, DENY IN PART and GRANT RELIEF AS AMENDED W/CONDITIONS: ANDREAS PFANNER #6859 Vote of the Board: Ayes: All. This Resolution was duly adopted (5-0). RESOLUTIONS/UPDATED REVIEWS/OTHER: A. RESOLUTION ADOPTED: Motion offered by Chairperson Weisman, seconded by Member Goehringer, to authorize advertising of hearings for the next Regular Meeting to be held July 2, 2015 at 8:30 AM. Vote of the Board: Ayes: All. This Resolution was duly adopted (5-0)- B. RESOLUTION ADOPTED: Motion offered by Chairperson Weisman, seconded by Member Goehringer, to approve minutes from Regular Meeting held June 4, 2015. Vote of the Board: Ayes: All. This Resolution was duly adopted (5-0).
