Drive at a point on said curved line 40.88 feet easterly from the easterly end of a course of

point of beginning running easterly along said curved southerly line of Deep Hole Drive 40'
feet;
THENCE along land of James A. Gildersleeve and others South 39 degrees 00 minutes
East 315 feet, more or less, to a creek or gutter;
THENCE southeasterly and then southerly along said creek or gutter about 350 feet to the
