BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Bay Avenue
(49. 5 feet wide) where same is intersected by the southerly line of
land of J . Arthur Hallock, which, point of beginning is 600 feet
more or less southerly from the southerly side of, Main Road; running
H thence south 18 degrees 19 minutes 10 seconds east along the westerly
side of Bay Avenue 74 .48 feet to the northerly line of land of Edna
= Jackson ; thence south 71 degrees 10 minutes 30 seconds west along
said line through a monument which is located 2. 05 feet west from
the westerly side of Bay Avenue 335.81 feet to the easterly line of
land of Pumillo; thence north 21 degrees 25 minutes 10 seconds
Q west 75.65 feet to the aforesaid southerly line of land of J.
Arthur Hallock; and running thence north 71 degrees 21 minutes 30
o seconds east along said line through a monument which is located
2.85 feet west of hte point of beginning 339.90 feet to the

o GRANTOR herein is the same person who acquired title
by deed dated November 7th, 1958 and recorded in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk on November 7th, 1958 in Liber 4542 ,
