degrees 46 minutes 50 seconds West along said last mentioned land
188.77 feet to the Southerly line of Sound Avenue; and THENCE North
73 degrees 33 minutes 10 seconds Fast along the Southerly line of
Sound Avenue 152.35 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
deed dated October 19, 1973 and recorded in the office of the Clerk
of the County of Suffolk on October 25, 1973 in Liber 7517 cp 148.
SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate survey may show.
SUBJECT to covenants, restrictions and easements of record, if any.
This conveyance is subject to a certain mortgage held by the Southold
Savings Bank, in the original amount of $13,500.00, dated January 12,
1968 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk
` .; January 16, 1968 in Liber 5310, mp 279 on which there is now a balance
�< of $7,655.92 with interest at six percent per annum from August 12,
1979; and the party of the second part hereby assumes and agrees to
pay said mortgage debt and interest as part of the consideration for

Dist. 1000 TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof'; TOGETHER with the appurtenances

HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
