WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars hand other valuable sideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second pact, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

feet to the division line between lots 35 and 36, first above mentioned;
RUNNING THENCE along said division line South 38 degrees 00 minutes
East 139 feet to the northwesterly side of Sound Beach Drive at the
point or place of BEGINNING.

roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances

the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
