WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars paid by the party of the second
` O part, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land with the buildings
it and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being at

September 2, 1931, as Map No. 539, being more particularly bounded

BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Main Road (Route 25)
where same is intersected by a line which bears North 20 degrees 55
minutes 40 seconds West and connects the southerly line of Main
Road (Route 25) with the northerly line of Old Main South Main
South Road;
1 thence North 69 degrees 04 minutes 20 seconds East along the
southerly line of Main Road (Route 25) , 350 feet to a point;
thence South 20 degrees 55 minutes 40 seconds East 81.87 feet to
the northerly line-of Old Main South Road;
thence South 70 degree's. 31 minutes 20 seconds West along the
northerly line of Old Main South Road, 242.81 feet to a point;
if thence South 87 degrees 38 minutes 30 seconds West still along the
northerly line of Old Main South Road, 113.15 feet to the line

thence North 20 degrees 55 minutes 40 seconds West along said line
39.70 feet to the southerly line of Main Road (Route 25) at the
point of place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
i� and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of

AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, hereby covenants that the party
I. of the firstP art will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such COnSId-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
I any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
