the Estate of Frank Pumillo as hereinabove described;
RUNNING THENCE South 23 degrees 14 minutes 30 seconds East along the
lands hereinabove conveyed 146.37 feet to lands now of Joseph Pumillo;
THENCE along said lands of Joseph Pumillo, North 64 degrees 21 minutes
30 seconds East 20. 02 feet to lands now of Roy C. Schoenhaar;
THENCE along said lands of Roy C. Schoenhaar, North 23 degrees
14 minutes 30 seconds West 151. 71 feet to the southeasterly side of
Main (State) Road, at the point or place of BEGINNING.
The foregoing described Right of Way shall remain unobstructed in that
no fences, signs, or structures of any nature whatsoever shall be built
or erected thereon, and this covenant shall bind the heirs, executors,
administrators, successors or assigns of the parties of the first part.
