Commercial buildings, Industrial buildings, Multiple Residences and similar buildings and installa- tions, a certificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building. 5.Submit Planning Board approval of completed site plan requirements where applicable. Accurate survey of peoperty showing all property lines, streets, buildings and unusual natural or topographic features. 2.Sworn statement of owner or previous owner as to use, occupancy and condition of buildings. 3. BEGORA owners of property located on the North side of Main Road, East Marion, New York (District 1000, Section 31, Block #, Lot 19). The property contains a wood framed two story one-£amily dwelling with an attached entryway, and a detached garage. The buildings have been in existance prior to 1956 and have been occupied continuously by Frank and Ethel Begora for approximately 4# years.
