-Exquisite example a late-nineteenth century vernacular farm house with an
east wing containing a Second Empire style Mansard roof. Incorrectly
identified in original survey as an Italianate style house, only decoration
under eaves of hexagonal bay windows incorporates Italianate stylistic
elements.
