Agricultural zone, with access to Beebe Drive; a town maintained road.

JOHN T. BEEBE, residing at 1750 Beebe Drive, Cutchogue, New York,
being duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That he is the owner of the premises on the west side of Beebe Drive,
Cutchogue, New York.
2. That on said premises are two (2) - one (1) story frame houses with
porches and two (2) detached garages.
3. That said buildings were erected on said premises in 1949 - 1950 and
1959 - 1960, and since then there have been no changes in the structures which
would require a Certificate of Occupancy.
4. That deponent makes this affidavit in support of his application for a
Certificate of Pre-existing Use for the buildings on the premises.
