5. Evidence of Structural Modifications: -None, Intact.
6. Notes: -Modest Italianate style house contributes significantly to historic
landscape and rural viewshed of Mattituck. Although, original survey was
mistaken in calling these flat roofs; Italianate style employed only very low
hipped roofs that appear flat from the ground surface, aerial imagery confirms
that these were not flat but low pyramidal forms.
