5. Evidence of Structural Modifications: -Clapboard exterior replaced with
shingles, otherwise features seem intact.
6. Notes: -Wooden latticework obscuring view of structure in original SPLIA
form has been removed, which has improved the viewshed of the house from the
road. Gothic wall-faced dormer and round topped windows extant and intact.
