-No structural modifications evident, although undergoing severe deterioration
and intermittent vandalism.
6. Notes:
-Despite architectural deterioration, site contributes significantly to the
history of maritime industry on the North Fork. Prehistoric archaeological
resources in wooded area north of factory attest to historic significance of
entire property as a historic landscape.
