5. Evidence of Structural Modifications: -Clapboard exterior seems to be
replaced with modern siding, rear wing renovation added new floor and windows
to lean-to shaped entrance. Balustrade added to front porch, side of porch
supports removed.
6. Notes: -Shop structure extant and intact. Main house contains rare
circular brick cellar, ideal for supporting sandy coastal soils of region.
