5. Evidence of Structural Modifications (if any):
-While house is not accessible or clearly visible due to a locked entrance
gate (left image, Main house in rear background), aerial imagery shows that
multiple renovations have occurred recently with the addition of octagonal
wings in southeast part of house and renovation of pedimented porch
entranceway.
6. Notes:
-Carriage House (left image) and circular brick ice house however are visible
from New Suffolk Avenue and appear intact, although ice house is partially
obstructed by vegetation (right image).
