-Exquisite example of Italianate stylistic and architectural elements.
Although, original survey was mistaken in calling these flat roof houses;
Italianate style employed only very low hipped roofs that appear flat from the
ground surface, aerial imagery confirms that these were not flat but low
pyramidal forms.
