5. Evidence of Structural Modifications (if any): -Minor, shutters added.
6. Notes: -Building is significant locally in that it was constructed by Ira
Tuthill, who was a prominent member of the town and designer of the grid plan
for the Hamlet of New Suffolk, and also because the building is made from
Robins Island Brick, thus this is a substantial vernacular structure composed
of locally procured raw materials.
