5. Evidence of Structural Modifications (if any):
-House under renovation when picture taken, porch screen removed, however
modification gives house better stylistic integrity than prior. Otherwise all
stylistic features intact.
6. Notes: -Exquisite example of an asymmetrical Italianate house, which
comprises only 20% of known examples. Although not noted in original survey
roof of house has shingles with both scalloped and linear rows. Paired
brackets and pedimented entranceway decorative elements intact.
