5. Evidence of Structural Modifications: -None, Intact.
6. Notes: -Original S.P.L.I.A. survey files were incorrect in the plotting the
location of SD-119a as being directly behind SD-119. Because the image in the
original S.P.L.I.A. survey form clearly shows the structure as being next to
the windmill located in the back yard of SD-120. In addition, the aerial image
below confirms that SD-119a, which is not clearly visible from Main Bayview
Road, is located in the rear yard of SD-120.
