to the northerly side of Clearwater Lane;
running thence easterly along the northerly side of Clearwater Lane
200 feet, more or less, to the easterly end of the curve connecting the
northerly side of Clearwater Lane with the westerly side of Nassau Point
Road;
running thence northerly along the westerly side of Nassau Point Road
230 feet, more or less, to the point or place of BEGINNING.
