5. Evidence of Structural Modifications: -Front door entranceway has changed
from the south wing to the larger north wing, asbestos shingles have been
replaced with wooden shingles, vent added in south wall gable of north wing,
and porch removed from south wing.
6. Notes: -Despite alterations, this gorgeous vernacular, lean-to style house,
with visible brownstone foundation contributes significantly to the historic
viewshed and landscape of Southold.
