5. Evidence of Structural Modifications: -None, Intact.
6. Notes: -Original S.P.L.I.A. form shows address as #253, but Tax Map list
says address is # 65795. Portion of County Road 48 between GR-8A and GR-13 not
accessible during 2013 survey due to construction closing road; thus aerial
imagery was used to survey properties (see image below). Unique gable roof
barn house with cupola contributes to the historic viewshed and landscape of
Southold.
